HumiPac - ceiling mounted humidifier

The HumiPac ceiling mounted humidifier is a completely original, patented design which discretely maintains the relative humidity you need to create a refreshing and safe working environment.

The humidifier draws room air in via flexible ducting attached to discreet ceiling-mounted grilles. The air is passed through a moistened fibre matrix, where it picks up water vapour. The humidified air is then passed back into the room via more flexible ducting and ceiling grilles.

The HumiPac can be used whether you already have an air conditioning or ventilating system or not.

The system is quiet, energy efficient (only 300 watts) and effective - the JS HumiPac is ideal the answer to office and workroom humidification.

Hygienic and Safe

HumiPac uses BS316 stainless steel, silver ion water sterilisation and flush and drain cycles to maintain absolute hygiene.

One CM20 will provide humidification for 400sq metres assuming:

a. Outside conditions: -1oC @ 100%rH.
b. Inside conditions: 21oC @ 45%rH.
c. 0.5 air changes per hour and ceiling height of 2.7m.

To maintain a pleasant relative humidity of 45%, the moisture addition requirements in winter is approximately 3.2 grams of water per m3 of room volume.

    HumiPac control is automatic using the integral tamper-proof controller. This allows selection of rH setpoint, fully automatic operation, manual override to fan speeds 1, 2 or 3 and remote on/off.

    Auto-control uses advanced control strategies optimising energy and water use, making HumiPac the environmentally friendly choice. Interface with a BMS is possible, allowing real-time control, and there are volt-free contacts for remote fault monitoring. Integral common alarm and failsafe mechanisms are standard.

    Inlet air can be ducted or taken from the ceiling void. Outlet air is discharged at the point of need through adjustable ceiling mounted vents.
